We are presently making farmhouse stirred-curd cheddar cheese of varying degrees of sharpness! What is farmhouse cheese? Farmhouse cheese is where the cheese is made directly on the farm with fresh milk by cows milked on that farm. Our farmhouse Colonial Classics is a family producer of grassfed farmstead cheese made from cows that live on pasture! Dedicated to grazing livestock and fashioned after the Colonial times, while producing milk and cheddar cheese with the same traditional methods of the farm wifes of the Colonial era.
