  1. Good job. Soup stocks make a big difference, in a subtle way. I even use it with pasta. The lacto fermented veggies sound great! I got off the fermenting wagon for a while, maybe I will start up again.

  2. Love it! I have grain soaking right now, 3 jars of lacto-fermented vegetables fermenting now and I have beef stock cooking. TWO THUMBS UP!
