  19. Chinese king prawns, with bamboo shoots and water chest nuts. Drain any of the gravy/sauce it comes in and replace with lemon/lime or low fat dressing.

    Health wise it’s the best I’ve come up with.

    a hamburger w/o the bun or chicken that is skinless and has not been fried…like a chicken wrap from Mc Donalds w dressing on the side, Fruit & yogurt, water

  24. I very rarely eat at fast food restaurants, not only because it’s unhealthy but most of the food is too bland and greasy anyway. Even the salads at fast food restaurants are bad for you. I do get the veggie delight at subway a lot though.
