Great video man this should help a lot of hardgainers out.

  2. What about if my supplement tastes like crap :(

  3. your body can’t even absorb that much protein at one time.

  4. @JohnnyBr111 All those protein shakes have Soy Lecithin which is known for causing feminization in men. Plus homemade is always best

  5. Mmm….man it’s a great Gainer but…..it have an disvantage…..i’m gonna tell it……there are 98gr of protein man !!! That means..what….only a person of 200 lb or more can eat it because it’s very big…..well it’s only my opinion man, but great video !!!

    Greetings

  6. @skteboarder12 you can also add a couple frozen bananas too. I found the blender will work if you add a banana or too. If you like peanut butter 2 tbs adds about 200 more calories

  7. @nakota2k you can press ice crusher on the blender, works just fine

  8. @MrEverydayThang mhmm, the best is that if im honest, i love being a tall ectomorph, as long as i keep my body athletic and work out, i wouldnt replace it with anything, and i dont see any problems with working out at all so far and im glad.

@juliusx1 ya its hard to find any studies done on the subject. Maybe we would’ve been like 6′ 6″ without lifting lol. The only thing I’ve read about it is that when your bones grow they are like plates moving around and it is thought that being under such high stress could cause those plates to stop moving. I guess it seems possible but who knows?

  10. @MrEverydayThang mhmm, youre probably right… ive been doing excessive excercise from about 13, im 17 now and 6″3… i have heard from a few people that it does stunt your growth though >.<

@juliusx1 No it doesn’t whoever told you this probably just wants to hold you back. I lifted heavy (around 350+ parallel squats and 250+ power cleans) during high school (starting between 8th and 9th grade). Obviously I didn’t start at that weight in 8th grade but worked up to in 11th grade. Btw I’m 6′ 2 1/4″. As long as you’re eating well lifting weight is going to do very little to your height. It is only going to make your bones, tendon, and ligaments thicker and stronger.

  12. @tanhahamza No, all the ingredients you can buy at a grocery store.

  13. @skteboarder12 Not really a blender can’t grind it up as fine as a coffee grinder, there pretty cheap like 10-15 bucks

  14. @pitbullman1995 You can go that route if you like but it costs quite a bit more and has a ton of sugar.

  15. @Jelet55 You can split it into 2 servings a few hours a part, just personal preference.

can u blend the oats in a regular blender? or will it not come out right?

  18. @sutton2113 this wont stunt your growth but excecive excercise in general DOES stunt your growth!

  19. good shake man, i’m the same size as you, weight and everything. but i think 98g of protein is too much, and a waste of your powder. it will envade your liver and more than half will pass right through you. keep er down to 50g. good luck on the weight gain

  20. hey this song is from “THE BEACH”

  21. Lots of calories: yes. Digestion-friendly: no. Starchy grains, milk and oils aren’t exactly the most nutritionally absorbable combo, eating fewer calories but in more digestable combination can actually make the body take up and use more than when eating more, but illcombined, calories. But what the hell, in order to get big one must use the stomach like a garbage container and shuffle down everyting at once!! right?! :D

  22. @Louisbass0017

My morning shake has something like 70g-90g of protein, I simply take my time drinking it from between 9am and noon. Just drink glasses of water at the same time as well. :)

  23. @tanhahamza mate.. just think about it yourself. all the ingredients are absolutely healthy for you if you ate them separately, why the heck would they magically become “harmful” if they are mixed together.. drink up and gain weight mate

  24. Thanks for the vid

  25. Everything is clear so far but abt any side effects? Does it have any harms?
