How do I find out protein levels in milk?
I want to do a science experiment where I’d have to find out the protein levels in whole, reduced fat, and fat free milk. It sounds very interesting, but I’m not totally sure how I’d go about doing this. Any help would be appreciated.

You can look at the nutrition facts on the milk packaging or you can give the milk manufacturer a call and tell them about your project D:
