Before starting a weight loss program or thinking of any exrecise you should know if you are really fat, many of women and men today think they are over weighted, but actually they aren’t!
Just take this quick survey to find out if you are really fat:

  6. God damn it! I can’t stand hunger! at all, I hate having to rebuild my energy levels up every time I have to eat, It would be great if I my body never got hungry and then I’d never starve and my energy levels would never go down. that goes for everyone actually.

I eat for pleasure not to satisfy hunger…

  7. This is a great video! It was very imformative. Thanks for explaining blood sugar levels.

informative video…doesn’t hurt that the host is a babe either

  11. I work on a crew ship. The food is cooked onboard – MSG free, free from sugar (apart from deserts and cakes), salads are with salt and dressing on the side, loads of fruits… far better than in many food outlets on land!
Guess what? Some crewmembers (mostly Filipinos) counting days until the next port of call where they can GO OUT TO EAT at KFC, McDonalds or ”Chinese Food”. Many of them smuggle that food back to the ship. True addiction!

  12. Thank – You very much for making this video you have inspired me very much
Ive just watched the video nd i hope every tip u told me has helped

    Very intelligent and lovely.

  14. I don’t have any cravings at all. I eat three meals a day and that’s enough for me. Maybe it’s because i’m a vegan. But i’ve never had these problems, knock on wood.

  15. Having a heart attack recently and being in the ARMY has made me rethink the way I have been doing thing. However good truthful information is hard to get now days. People like her are saving this country from nutritional destruction. If you all think that this is a part of a tree hugger-liberal-vegan movement….think again, I am far from that, I just don’t want to die early, and I wanna be healthy enough to enjoy my life from here out.

  19. @misieknyc – She’s not saying if you’re thirsty and don’t have water you should eat watermelon. She’s explaining why your body triggers a feeling of hunger when you’re really thirsty – because there is water in lots of foods especially fruits & vegetables so your body making saying “hungry!” will make you eat food which will results in an intake of water (which is really what was needed) found in the food.

  20. I really like watching your videos they r helping me a lot.

I never get sugar cravings…ever. I crave things that are high in fat salt. Chips, crisps, popcorn, mexican or chinese food, or anything pizza related are the things I crave. Honestly I don’t have the glucose problem. But I get more than enough fat, salt, and cholesterol in my diet. I may have normal blood pressure and heart rate but I’ll probably get cancer someday.

  24. goldenratio12358 on July 9th, 2010 at 7:53 pm

  27. Ethiopians have a great way of using flax seeds. I know two of them:

1- As a drink by putting 1-2 table spoons of a little roasted then ground flaxseeds in a cup and add hot water to it, stir it, then wait 2 minuites, stir and drink. you can add honey or sugar if you like. (very filling and tasty, quick breakfast)

2- As a salad dressing or dipping sauce, by dissolving the little roasted then ground falxseeds in water, wait 2 minutes, add salt, onions and tomatos then blend .

  28. Should buy it whole seed and grind just before eating as it starts to go rancid in 15 minutes. As a laxative it does not matter but for nutrition you need to eat it FRESHLY GROUND.

  29. What if I soak them over night?

  30. YukiNekoPrincess on July 9th, 2010 at 11:19 pm

Natalie, you are wonderful! You are the living proof that eating healthy food makes people pretty. :)

  31. Some kind of ginger granola from Trader Joe’s as well as a cranberry granola mix, also from TJ’s. No cereal in the house now and not a big cereal eater, sorry.

  32. capn crunch and raisin bran crunch

  33. I eat oatmeal porridge everyday.

  34. I eat generic bran flakes from winn dixie. It’s not as good for you as the flax seed cereals; it’s still better than the sugary cereals.it’s cheaper, too.

  35. looks more beautiful than ever(espacially in that blue dress)

  36. great info on flaxseed…. I would like to know your thought on the cereal Honey Nut Cheerios?? That is my choice of cereal!

  37. vrwhitlockable on July 10th, 2010 at 2:31 am

    wheaties

  45. @DeconstructingGlenn thats what i thought at first but then (and im not joking) i looked at my poop and saw the flax seed there whole the seed WILL NOT break down

  46. Mostly grape nuts and corn flakes and raisin bran and oatmeal. Now I read that most all processed cereals, even all those ones I just mentioned are high in fluoride, like most all canned foods, prepared drinks, canned fish, wines, etc and fluoride like mercury that is in vaccines and silver color dental fillings, are two of the most toxic chemicals known. Corrosives, explosives, nuclear waste, etc.

  47. kylebstizzymusic on July 10th, 2010 at 7:22 am

    specail kay!

  48. I love cereals… my favorite is speacial K with strawberries

  49. if you were a cereal I would eat you.

  50. DeconstructingGlenn on July 10th, 2010 at 9:37 am

    “use ground flax seeds”?

doesn’t the act of chewing break the outer shell of the seed so that the body can digest the contents?
