You should drink it after you workout, because your muscles are screaming for that protien to help repair thise torn muscles. Now alot of people say to mix like two scoops which can contain anwhere from 20-50 grams of protien. Stop dont do that your body can only handle 25 grams of protien at a time the rest goes to waste. It is a proven fact dont belive me pick up a muscle mag and research. Anyways best of luck.
