Is Peanut butter bad for teeth?
According to Weston Price’s research on re-mineralizing teeth, peanut butter removes minerals from the body and causes tooth decay. I have a jar of peanut butter sitting here looking at me, asking to be eaten…………..do you think I can balance out the depletion by drinking milk with it? lol….im tooth paranoid.
